   African Frontier Safaris is based in the Lephalale / Marken region of the Limpopo Province, in the most northern parts of South Africa. This is our privately owned land and luxury lodge near the iconic Limpopo River. This area has been referred to as the “Hunting Mecca” of the World.  We boast having more than 30 huntable big and small game species, with African buffalo being our main focus in South Africa. Our Zimbabwe-South private concession is a half-day’s drive from our main lodge.  This area is known for big-tusked elephant, with the biggest bull produced the past season weighing a staggering 96-pounds.  We are also blessed with healthy numbers of leopard, with a fair quota released annually.
